SYD-0618A Chemical composition tester of asphalt
Summary
The instrument is based on industry standards People’s Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test
Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering in T 0618-1993 “Asphalt chemical
composition test (four-component method)” design and manufacture of this instrument，the instrument uses the
solvent precipitation and chromatography column method to analyze the road stone asphalt four components
analysis.
I. Instrument composition
The instrument by the asphalt extraction apparatus (including spherical condenser and 100 ml extractor
assembly surface) and a glass of adsorption column, the structure and technical parameters in full compliance
with T 0618-1993 standard requirement. Equipped with a special purpose of the ground holding device to
facilitate the composition of test mechanism, the use of the user is very convenient.
II. Optional accessories
1. Vacuum drying oven: a vacuum of 267Pa (2㎜Hg);
2. High-temperature furnace: 0 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃, there is an automatic temperature controller;
3. Constant temperature bath: HWY-501 circulating water bath (recommendation);
4. Balance: Weighing 500g, the sense of it not more than 1g, 1mg, 0.1mg one for each
