Basic structure:

1. The shell is made of temperature-resistant high-quality engineering plastics combined with stainless steel material.
2. Sterilization pot body is made of high quality stainless steel (304) material.
3. The pot cover opening and closing method adopts the double-screw rotary sealing structure, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.

Control and operation:

1. The control panel adopts LED liquid crystal window graphic dynamic display.
2. The whole sterilization cycle is controlled by automatic cycle of graphic dynamic control.
3. Automatic shutdown after the end of sterilization (alarm).

Function Description:

1. With one-key system sterilization temperature selection, according to different sterilization items, can be set to the required sterilization temperature and time.
2. With air-cooled rapid cooling device, to ensure that the end of the sterilization of the pot body quickly cooled down.
3. With automatic fault detection and judgment system.
4. With automatic discharge of cold air.
5. Sterilization reservation function is available so that users can start at a set time (Note: automatic type has this configuration).
6. Steam internal exhaust and sterilization end of the automatic exhaust function (Note: automatic type has this configuration).
7. USB interface can be added to export sterilization parameters in real time.
8. Printing function can be added. Real-time printing of sterilization temperature and sterilization time. (Optional)

Safety protection devices:

1. Mechanical safety relief valve and electronically controlled overpressure protection device with a double set of protection system.
2. With heater anti-dry burn protection and leakage protection system.
